The Registration Office is open 8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday during the school year. You can also register your new student from 8:00 am-2:00 pm.

Documents Required to Enroll:
1. Photo Identification
2. Proof of Residency (one of the following):
- Current PG&E or utility statement
- Receipt for utility turn on
- Current mortgage statement
- Current property tax statement
- Current rental/lease/motel receipt (on letterhead)
3. Student Birth Certificate
4. Up to Date Student Immunization Record
5. Unofficial Transcript and Drop Slip with Drop Grades
6. Special Education Students – please provide a copy of the current IEP
All Special Day Class (SDC) students will be required to contact our Special Education placement office. Please get in touch with Registration at Bullard High for more info on this process.
*if the student is living with someone other than the parent “Proof of Guardianship” is required We will accept:

Enrolling a student for the upcoming 2023-24 school year
If you need to enroll your student for the 2023-24 school year and you live in the Bullard High attendance area please go to https://www.fresnounified.org/enroll/ or bring the information listed above to the registration office. We will begin accepting new student enrollment in February 2023.
If you would like to enroll your student for the 2023-24 school year and you are not living in the Bullard High attendance area, you will need to apply for a transfer. Please click on the link below for our FUSD Transfer Office info.
Fresno Unified Transfers Office
The Priority Transfer Application Deadline is December 1, 2022.
Once your transfer has been approved later in the semester, please bring your documents to our registration office to enroll your student. We will begin pre-enrolling students in February 2023. Please contact our registrar assistant for more information.
In February 2023, the counseling office will begin course registration with current BHS students and incoming 8th graders from feeder Middle Schools (Wawona, Tenaya, Baird & Bullard Talent). Fresno Unified students pre-enrolled for Bullard High are able to choose their electives online in their student portal. Changes can be made until March 6.
8th Grade parent night is March 13 at 6:00 pm in the North Gym. All parents/guardians and students are welcome to join us to review graduation requirements, college entrance requirements, and ways to get involved at Bullard as well as meet some of our staff. If you are in the process of enrolling you are welcome to join us. See a few helpful documents below.
9th Grade Elective Handout 2023-24
An email with all courses will be sent to students in April to let them know what they are enrolled in. Instructions to make changes will be communicated in this same email. Phone calls, parent emails, and social media reminders will also go out to remind students and families to check over their courses and make changes as needed.
