If you would like to request a letter of recommendation from your counselor, please click on the link below and complete the form. Please allow your counselor at least two weeks to complete the letter.
Make sure you invite your counselor to upload the letter to your college application online. This is usually done by entering your counselor’s email in the application. A request will be sent for your counselor to complete their recommendation and upload their letter (i.e. common app). You should follow up by emailing your counselor to ensure they have received this invitation from your college application site.
Note: CSU and UC do not require a letter of recommendation for admissions.
